Frequently asked questions

We will ship your order within 24 hours on weekdays. When we send out the package you will receive an email containing a tracking number which you can use to track your shipment. Any questions regarding the shipping, please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and have your tracking number ready. You must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order if you have not received your package.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RA number from our customer service department. Please use the form above or email support@perfumehit.com For us to accept a return, the goods must be unopened and unused, and packaging must be unbroken.  Please read our full return policy here
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted.
Since we are an online business our primary method of communication is online by email. We’ve found that email support enables us to provide the fastest response. However, we understand that some people prefer phone support. If you would like to leave us a voicemail at 850-816-0080 someone from our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Remember, you may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.  When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Email with your Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order. 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Paypal. Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars.
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida only. All orders outside of Florida will not be charged.
In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify USPS and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.
